M4A2E8 FURY Sherman Tank

Powertrain: 2 XL motors
Turret traverse: M motor
Gun elevation: M motor
Engine: M motor
Control: Sbrick
Suspension: HVSS

Instructions available here

Redesigning the hull and turret of the Sherman tank proved to be a challenging task, as I wanted to include all of the basic functions of the tank, and include enough space for a detailed engine bay. The biggest challenge was incorporating all of the motors in a small space,

Churchill bridge layer

Powertrain: 2 XL motors
Main actuator: L motor
locking mechanism: servo motor
controlled by Sbrick

The Churchill AVLB (armored vehicle-launched bridge) is one of my most interesting and challenging models that I have recently built. The mechanism utilized to lift the bridge required a lot of development to ensure that it is structurally strong enough to lift and hold the bridge in mid air.

M18 Hellcat Tank Destroyer

Powertrain: 2 L motors
Turret traverse: M motor
Gun elevation: M motor
Suspension: Torsion bars
Controlled by Sbrick
This model was rather interesting to build, as I wanted to achieve the functionality of the open turret, and include the details of the turret's interior.

M8 Greyhound 6x6 Armored Car

Powertrain: L motor
Steering: M motor
Gun elevation: M motor
Turret traverse: M motor
Controlled by SBrick

This model is one of the more compact vehicles I have built, as the suspension utilizes a majority of the available internal space. The major difficulty when building this model was the mounting of the turret traverse and gun elevation motors. They had to be mounted between the first and second axles, as the space between there was taken up by the battery box and steering mechanism.

Mad Max Fury Road ELVIS

Powertrain: 2 L Motors
Steering: Servo Motor
Suspension: 4 bar suspension with compression springs in front, and leaf spring in rear

This MOC is something different than my usual armored fighting vehicle. I have wanted to build a hot rod for a long time, as it has been almost 3 years since I built my 29' Ford roadster. I also wanted to build another vehicle from Mad Max.

New Blog

Hello, As of the beginning of 2016, I plan to begin posting my Lego MOCs on this blog, along with more detailed about information on the build process. After having some issues with Mocpages not allowing me to upload photos due to the recent versions of Java not allowing me to run the uploader plugin, due to the new security settings. This blog will become the primary means of showcasing my models along with Youtube, as it can be a long process of writing several different descriptions on many sites, so having a single blog will make it easier to document my models with more concise and detailed information
